An experience

Our experience menu, priced at €75, is a refined combination of four courses, delivering sensations that elevate all your senses, celebrating each season within its time. The masterfully created menu includes an appetizer, entrée, main course and dessert. The experience menu can also be supplemented with tartare and/or cheeses.

The Holiday season Experience is available until 4th January 2025. Our menu draws inspiration from the season’s full flavors and Finnish ingredients. We reserve the right to make changes. See the dishes below.

When making a table reservation, you can choose the length of your dinner in advance online, which we will take into account in your reservation:

  • Experience menu four courses
  • Experience menu with extra dishes (tartare and/or cheeses)
  • Individual experience menu dishes

We reserve the right to alter the contents of the menu in accordance with ingredient availability.

When booking a table, please inform us of any special diets or food allergies in advance, but no later than two business days before the dinner. Allergies that are brought into our attention later can only be taken into account to a limited extent.

We want to be able to offer each of our guests an equally tasty experience. Most common allergies and food restrictions can be taken into account when they are brought into our attention in advance.

  • Our dishes strongly rely on locally produced ingredients. Therefore, we have limited access to alternative ingredients (e.g. FODMAP, keto).
  • We use lactose-free dairy products in our dishes. However, the milk or white chocolate that is used in some desserts is not lactose-free.

  • G=Gluten-free products used, but may contain residues due to baking in the kitchen

We have selected a suitable drink for each of the experience menu’s four courses. Wines and aperitifs are chosen to complement the best flavors of the season.

We have created a suitable drink for each of the experience menu’s four courses. We prepare tea- and juice-based non-alcoholic drinks using the best flavors of the season.

Our wines

Each wine has been carefully selected to be enjoyed on its own or to complement your dining experience.

We are especially passionate about wines made from rare grape varieties, without forgetting the classics! We want to introduce our guests to some of the gems that have been especially memorable to us on our journey in the world of wines.

MOCKTAILS AND COCKTAILS

The experience is complemented by alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. We favor high-quality local producers and ingredients.

Our cocktails are strongly based on the season and the current menu.

LIQUORS

We have a wide range of liquors from aperitifs to digestifs. Our selection includes distilled alcoholic drinks from the best foreign and domestic producers.

BEERS AND LOW-ALCOHOL DRINKS

In beers and other beverages, we mainly rely on the North Savonian brewing tradition but supplement our selection with a few carefully selected products sourced from elsewhere.

We are passionate about food quality and believe that fresh and local ingredients are the key to an excellent taste experience.

By changing the menu according to the season, we can use the freshest ingredients available from our local producers at that time.

That means each plate is filled with freshness and flavor
